How To Solve RNDC Connection Refused Problem

Problem :
rndc: connect failed: 127.0.0.1#953: connection refused

Solution :
Change all file permision in zone folders to root:bind

Cpanel : Fix Broken BIND/NAMED Services

# cd /scripts
#./updatenow
#./fixndc
#./rebuildnamedconf
#./cleandns
# service named stop
# service named start
